HISTORY
Our company is certified under ISO TS16949:2002. We own a building of 2,500 square meters for mold makingand thermoplastics injection.
We boast a set of state-of-the-art machines with an injection range from60 to 2,500 gr. and the best facilities for their optimal performance..
These facilities are monitored by PC systems, cooling equipments, dehumidifiers, automatic dryers and loaders, and deposits of finished products and raw materials that include a great variety of engineering plastics
We have our own control molding machine that is constantly improved and used for the production and maintenance of a variety of tooling (molds). To do this we count with the Tooling, Electroerosion and Milling Center and with the Engineering Department, which is in charge of the mold’s two-dimensional or three-dimensional CAD CAM designs based on the product.
Processes are monitored by the Quality Assurance Department and are audited by our clients’ corresponding departments
